If you initiated a refund within 24 hours of the payment, the transaction would be voided rather than refunded.
Voided transactions will show as "pending" on your statement but will disappear within 1-2 business days. In this scenario, a credit will not appear on your statement as the sale was prevented from going through.
Refund Processing Time
While refunds are processed immediately by Sprizzy, it'll take anywhere from 3-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card account.
Refund Destination
All refunds are returned to the original payment method. If the card was canceled or you used a prepaid card, contact the card issuer for access to your refund, as the funds will still be sent to this account.
