This is usually the result of unknowingly having 2 accounts with Sprizzy and logging into the wrong account.

Please verify you are logging into the correct account by checking your payment receipt email from Sprizzy. The receipt will display the email address/account where the payment and/or campaign exists.

If you submitted your payment via Paypal, this information would also exist in the transaction details.
