Here’s how to cancel your campaign and manage your funds:

  1. Go to your Sprizzy dashboard and find the campaign you want to stop.
  2. Click on the "Edit Campaign" button next to your campaign’s name.
  3. Look for the "end campaign" option, symbolized by a trash can icon, and click it.
  4. Choose to "End Campaign & Refund Payment." It might take about 10 minutes for the refund process to start because Sprizzy needs to update the campaign’s data with the latest information from Google Ads.

When you cancel a campaign, any money that hasn't been used for promotion will be moved to your Sprizzy account wallet. From there, you can use these funds for future campaigns or request a refund.
